Meditation
Meditation is a practice where the individual uses a technique such as, mindfulness. focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, sound or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
I offer guided meditation techniques:
Visualization meditations - is a technique focused on enhancing feelings of relaxation, peace, and calmness by visualizing positive scenes, images, or figures. This practice involves imagining a scene vividly and using all five senses to add as much detail as possible.
Another form of visualization meditation involves imagining yourself succeeding at specific goals, which is intended to increase focus and motivation. visualization meditation is used to boost your mood, reduce stress levels, and promote inner peace.
Spiritual meditation – is developed through visualising the colours of your chakra’s representing your energy fields. We focus on developing a deeper meaning of your spirituality and connecting with your higher self. I will teach you how to ground and protect yourself from negative energy.
Mindfulness meditation – Focusing on your thoughts as they pass through your mind. You don’t judge your thoughts; you simply take note and learn to recognise any patterns. This practice combines concentration with awareness. You may find it helpful to focus on an object or your breath while you observe any bodily sensations, thoughts, or feelings. Breathing techniques are practiced to instil calmness in your mind.
Tips on how to use mindfulness in your every-day life.
Progressive muscle meditation – Is taught to reduce any tension in your body. This is done through scanning any muscle tension in your body and learning to let go by giving yourself permission to relax the group of muscles. This can be done by tightening the muscle and then relaxing, or visualization a calming colour flowing through your body. This is very effective for any built-up tension in the body helping you to unwind before bedtime.
Sound meditation – Background vibrational music and sound to clear the mind and deepen meditation. I use vagus nerve music and high hertz sounds to stimulate the brain. Music is multi-dimensional connecting realms of the brain to experience meditation independently of thoughts.
