Dr. Mikao Usui is the founder of Usui system natural healing, Reiki, originated in Japan in the late 1800’s. He’s teachings were passed on to students establishing a well-known therapy of energy healing called Reiki.
Reiki is a form of energy healing therapy that enhances our own healing process to align our chakras or our energy fields. If your energy fields are blocked it can lead to health problems.
A reiki practitioner lightly places their hands on the chakra points to re-align the natural flow of energy. Reiki is Japanese for universal life energy. It boosts your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing leaving you feeling relaxed and rebalanced.
Reiki is used to help heal broken bones, poor circulation, burns, urinary disorders, sciatica, spinal problems, heart problems, respiratory problems, shock and stress, ears and sinus problems, high/low blood pressure, strokes and boost immunity.

Treatments
A reiki treatment can be a pleasant, relaxing experience. The practitioner will ask you to lie on a massage bed, relaxing background music is played. A practitioner will lightly place their hands on your energy points, if you feel uncomfortable with hands on technique the practitioner will hover hands over your energy points.
You may feel relaxed and refreshed after a reiki session. Some clients report they feel tired after a treatment, this is because your body is healing from any physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually trauma.
